We had a wonderful time at Monty’s Lounge Sunday night celebrating Mz Liz’s birthday! Doretta, owner of “I Got This Productions”, had it beautifully decorated in Liz’s favorite color blue. Everyone showed up to greet Mz Liz and congratulated her on another year and enjoyed themselves to the sound of Serious Licks in the house! The color theme for the night was any shade of blue and everyone looked marvelous.
We had more than one birthday in the house though. Christine Wallace (Sept. 24th) and Nancy “Da Cutter” got in on the festivities accompanied by local line dancers Rita Ryan-Jenkins, JD Sanders & Sherry Britton.

DJ Magic Mel stopped in for a while to spend some celebration time with the birthday girl.
Alex “Eventmaster” Daniels was in the house along with a host of welcomed guest. Everyone was up on the dance floor getting their party on and Serious Licks wasn’t giving everybody time to rest. Starting funky with the song Detroit….Matthews on keys and “Stixx” Purdy on the drums…man oh man! Talking about groov’n!
